Make marijuana legal everywhere. Allow the states to make decisions for themselves, if that's what it takes. Alcohol has been proven to be worse than marijuana. Why make something legal, such as alcohol, that has even worse harmful effects? Drunk driving has cost thousands upon thousands of lives throughout history, and marijuana hasn't. There's the real issue.
