Americans all over have been using marijuana use for decades. So why not make it legal already? Many people post this all over the internet but the men and women in our law enforcement do not take the time to get information off of the people who post it. No matter what if you make it legal or not people will still get their hands on it, except when one is caught they go to jail over a plant. It would be best to make anything that is laced illegal, because who knows what they will put in there. As long as there isn't any bad side affects to marijuana it should be legal in the state of California. It's legal in Washington and Colorado, but why not California?
