Marijuana is a non addictive, anti depressant, pain reducing drug. Alcohol and Tobacco have been proved to be more dangerous than Marijuana and yet they are legal and Marijuana isn't. It seems stupid to a lot of people that Marijuana is illegal. This petition is to say that Marijuana should be legal to use recreationally in the state of Illinois.
