It seems that since it isn't legal that doesn't stop people from using it so why don't we just make it legal and maybe boost our damn economy? If we don't make it legal that isn't going to stop people from using the drug so what's the point on having it illegal in the first place? As long as we have rules and regulations on the substance, then we should have the rights to use it.
