Marijuana dispensaries should be regulated better so that Marijuana is not so easily accessable to our youth. This is not helping the teenagers in South Central LA. Too many teenagers are just smoking weed and leaving the little empty bottles of prescribed marijuana all over the ground. All of my little brothers friends smoke weed now. When I was a teenager there was not this much access to weed as it is today. The Marijuana should only be given to people who really need it from a licensed doctor from a well established medical center and not a doctor in a strip mall.
