Those who choose to use marijuana as a medication, or for recreation should not prosecuted . We believe that legal intoxicants such as alcohol are much more dangerous, especially before driving or even just being in a public gathering . Choosing marijuana as a recreational intoxicant should not have the legal stigma that it does . Having a small amount for personal use should not have the outcome of being arrested or fined . Those 18 and older, or 21 and older should have the choice to use marijuana instead of alcohol, cigarettes, or other legal intoxicants, with the same or similar restrictions . Personally, I am tired of feeling guilty for using a natural substance that does not make me feel as dangerous as legal intoxicants do .
