Now that Montana and South Carolina have joined the ranks of marriage equality that makes a total of 35 states plus the DC. Rather than waste taxpayer dollars and disenfranchise families and couples an executive order mandating marriage equality nationwide. Marriage is not a religious right, it is a civil right since one must pay for a license in order to be married. All of these states that hold onto their bans know that is violates the federal constitution. and Bill of rights "all men are created equal"
