We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Make May 28th national Harambe Day

Created by J.S. on September 21, 2016

Harambe was not just a gorilla but a special person that united this country. He was a hero to multiple people and made this country great. His death was gruesome and displayed to many people. His death also represented the cruel conditions of zoos and will bring attention to better ways to maintain them. If this is passed zoos will become safer and more people will acknowledge the fact that animals need better conditions.
