Make the medical community police the accountability of those who practice acting like a DOCTOR.

Due to a severe head injury in 1996, a number of side effects exist, because I lived through 4 months in hospital. Some are skin problems, yet not a single private dermatologist, actually help me. Is it MEDICARE doesn't pay enough for them to actually help? Try a state hospital, where they accept medicare and wave the 20% for you, and you get indifference and no one accepting responsibility for anything. You have tests run, you get results more than 6 months later. You try and get medical devices for a problem, the business's are very reluctant, to deal with the hospital, again because no one accepts responsibility, is what they claim. Why must someone wanting good, helpful medical care today, need to go 250 miles away, to a city with a Medical School? Isn't our local care, worth anything?
