The people of Arkansas would like President Obama's Administration to give the state of Arkansas the right to legalize medicinal marijuana for those people who ONLY need it for legitimate reasons; for those people over the age of 21; and for people that have been recommended the medicinal marijuana by a certified doctor.
All the government has to do is legalize it and tax it just like they have done with alcohol and tobacco in the past.
Bottom line is, is people will continue to smoke marijuana. Why continue wasting millions of dollars on the fight of "marijuana" when the government is clearly losing the "battle" against it.
The state of Arkansas would make MILLIONS of dollars per month! IMO, its downright ignorant NOT to legalize it.
