There is a particular human rights forum that is lacking the proper leadership in it's forum that allows testing and posting. There have been many applicants, but none have measured up to the task. Until now. MedicOC has proven himself to be sharp, cunning and more capable than any other to lead this group, this band of brothers. I feel that it is time to push forward those that are truly deserving of leadership and glory.
