Make the Members of Congress that vote to go to war to have to serve in the war in some way.

Created by E.B. on May 20, 2015

Members of Congress should be required to go and serve in the war effort in some way or another if they decide to vote that the United States of America should go to war. It does not have to be going and actually fighting in the war, but what they should be doing should directly impact and help our success in the war. Members of Congress for too long have been able to vote for to go to war in wars such as the Iraq war and World War 2 and then just sit back at home while People are out their fighting the war they did not even vote on. How is this fair? It is not and if this is made a law or a rule for the members of Congress then the people in Congress will think harder and longer about going into unnecessary wars and only get the USA into wars we should be in.
