We propose a creation of a green economy by enabling small business the opportunity to create jobs, income and save the planet by a simple application process for Micro Loans of $5000 or less be implemented by the federal government. The process would be simular to FAFSA loans and monitored for progress in creation of social enterprises with a triple bottom line of people, planet and then profits.Loans could be used for business plan creation, advertising, marketing, supplies, and hiring and training of disadvantaged workers.Many good ideas exist that can not be implemented through traditional lending circuits for lower income individuals wanting to create green social enterprises. This program would improve the economy, create jobs, help the disadvantaged and save the environment.
