Families often purchase a minivan or SUV to transport their growing families. Every child in a forward-facing car seat and harnessed boosters need to have the seat secured using a tether point. Unfortunately, after purchasing these vehicle which are being promoted as being family friendly, parents often find out that there are not enough tether points for all of their seats. Most children need to be in a harnessed booster to 7 years old minimum. This leaves parents with the heartbreaking choice of choosing a child not to get the protections needed to stay safe. No family should face this choice.
