I met Minori Hinds at open mic roughly 4 years ago.
Roughly 3 years and 51 weeks ago she premiered and promptly retired a joke with a premise that centered around the question "What if the Jurassic Park theme song had words?" and the followup question "What if composer John Williams sang those words to himself in the shower?"
If my memory serves me correctly, she sang the words "I like dinosaurs/ They are very cool" while pantomiming lathering herself with soap.
She thinks I'm teasing when I ask her to bring that joke back but it is truly one of the few things left in this life that still brings me joy.
With the release of Jurassic World, I think this weekend is the perfect time to bring back the joke. I am petitioning President Obama to put pressure on Minori to bring back the joke!
