We need to make minorities take an I.Q. test because they are destroying our country because they are ignorant and uninformed voters.
If their I.Q. is below 105 they shouldn't be allowed to make decisions that affect our country. This is causing great turmoil to our well-being nationally as well as internationally due to their poor decisions as they don't know any issues other than government handouts.
