Make the Monday after the Super Bowl a Federal Holiday.

Created by J.I. on March 01, 2013

We all enjoy getting a Monday off in early February for President's Day. However, there are a lot of sub par presidents that frankly don't deserve a celebration. In a bitterly divided nation, that is something both sides can agree on. And what about William Henry Harrison? He only served one month in office, yet he gets included in the mix?

President's day should be changed to Super Bowl Monday, a federal holiday the day after the Super Bowl.
Super Bowl Sunday hinders the ability of many Americans to run their regular Sunday errands. Plus many Americans need a day of recovery from excessive adult beverages and/or gambling losses. Having that Monday off would help to solve all of these problems.
