The Monday after the super bowl is a day after what is considered a holiday. Why do we have a long weekend for other holidays but not the super bowl? Most americans are busy watching the game, and having parties. This proves to be very hectic. The last thing we want to do the next day is to go to work/school. Clean ups after the party can be lengthy and very tedious.
