Make to Monday after the Super Bowl a National Holiday

Created by B.S. on January 26, 2013

Every year millions of people watch the Super Bowl. They throw big parties and celebrate this game as big as they do New Years and the 4th of July. This is a game that is looked forward to just as Summer Break for students, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, and all the other big holidays throughout the year.

By making this a National Holiday, the roads will be much safer as people won't have to rush home to sleep for work in the morning and restaurants and other businesses will also increase revenue do to all the people who have off spending their money.

Since not everyone is a big sports fan, those businesses will have employees that will volunteer to work the Monday after the Super Bowl to get the "Holiday Pay". These employees should be rewarded for their responsible actions.
