We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Make money spent on medical marijuana tax deductible.

Created by F.M. on June 23, 2016

In the past 6 months I have spent over $500 on items related to medical marijuana. Why isn't this tax deductible as other health expenses are? It is legal in my state and I am on the state registry. It has been prescribed to me by a doctor. If a doctor prescribed me any other medicine it would be deductible. If you obey state law, medical marijuana should be tax deductible.
