We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Make Montel Williams the First Man on Phobos, the Martian Moon

Created by E.M. on September 27, 2016

Montel Williams spent more than 20 years working in the intelligence department of the US Navy. Since then, he has been an outstanding advocate for social change. He truly wishes to see progress in the United States of America and for the United States of America, and to honor that we should send him personally to plant the USA flag on Phobos.

We understand that a trip to Phobos is probably going to be a one-way trip and that he may not survive the transit. However, we're willing to take that risk. Landing Montel Williams on Phobos will be a great asset to the younger generation, particularly disaffected youth of people of color. His boisterous candor, so volatile and chafing to many, will influence these youngsters to study Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math fields.
