We obviously don't have enough frivolous petitions on this website. I propose:
1) The Obama Administration create at least 5 new petitions per day.
2) The Obama Administration should work with the Business communities of America to find new ways of creating more petitions
3) Cut all taxes on all petitions.
4) All petitions should have at least 5 petitions petitioning it to become a petition before it can become a petition. This will help create more petitions.
