make more sever punishment for abusers.

This petition is to get more sever punishments for abusers. So many people especially the males get a couple weeks to maybe six months in a local county jail and they feel remorseful while in but once they're out they forget about remorse and sooner or later strike again and theres another victim being scarred and living threw hell. Minipulaters are so good at making themselves seem great at first to suck you in and once your attached they start the abuse and because your attached you don't want to see the abuse and it really messes with your head especially the ones who aren't as strong to stand their ground and or walk away. We need to get a more sever punishment then just a couple weeks to six months or a year in jail because it doesn't seem to do anything but lengthen the time between!
