I belive when you get a loan for a home etc.. That the loan should never be sold to anyone it should stay with who you got it with no servicing companys just the bank you got the loan with. To prevent every having to deal with who has the note or deed to your home you should be able to know this always with no problems. You should be able to go to your bank and pay them for your home not so company 1000"s of miles away who you have never met who dont know you and what you may go through if you need help they are there you can talk to them in person. we need to go back to the way it was when you knew who you were talking too.
