I peacefully ask that my body be allowed to be a functioning State and that those within 10 feet of my body, in any given direction, be allowed to declare citizenship of my State while in my presence.
In my state, I peacefully ask that I be allowed the liberties that are currently allowed to other Americans, with the addition to do as I please, in a peaceful, non threatening manner to others.
I also peacefully ask that in the event I am standing next to ocean waters, the distance of ten feet is extended to 20 feet facing inland, at a 180 degree radius.
Lastly, I would like to clarify that I will be a mobile State, so I ask that other States understand that I while I may be a State within their State, I am still my own State, named, FreeState (all one word).
