We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Make a National Hate Crime Registry Mandatory for Convicted Hate Crime Offenders

Created by E.F. on November 16, 2016

Require convicted Hate Crime Offenders to register on a National Hate Crime Registry.
People found guilty of committing Hate Crimes pose a potential threat to the communities in which they reside, and to any community in which they may later reside. Community members have the right to know if such an offender is living in the community for their safety and welfare.
