Make a national "Hire a Rookie" day where people who are unskilled can go and have a better chance at finding a job

A "Hire a Rookie Day" would allow unskilled workers to get a chance at employment, therefore allowing them to gain the experience that is often required for most careers. One of the major difficulties facing Americans when it comes to finding a job is the fact that they have little to no experience. When the vast majority of job listings require it, it can be hard to sift through them all. A "Hire a Rookie Day" would allow for essentially a job fair for Places to hire people with low experience. Another option would be to encourage Employers to hire individuals with low experience on this day. with more people in the workforce, unemployment would go down, people would start making decent livings and the economy would grow as a direct result.
