Comics have revolutionized lifestyles of the past and will continue to change the future. Superhero popularity has skyrocketed. And with the booming impact of movies by companies such as Marvel and DC, there should be a day dedicated to the creative minds that develop these awe inspiring characters! Now, we do have certain conventions that take place around the country, but not everyone can participate in these events. That is why there should be a national Holiday for comics!(pending a name. most likely "comic day" or something...) This day should probably be in the month of May considering that Free comic book day is on the first Saturday of May. In retrospect, comic day would actually serve more of an importance than you'd think! Thank you for your time, and please consider this idea.
