Make a national law making it illegal to publish the name of a murderer in any form.

A law making it illegal to publish or broadcast in any form of media, the name of the following:
1. A mass murderer (as defined by the USA Bureau of Justice Statistics as one who "kills more than 4 people in a single event")
2. A serial killer (as defined by the FBI as "a person who kills three or more people in three or more separate events over a period of time including an "emotional cooling-off" period in between the homicides")
3. A murderer (a person suspected and/or charged with and/or convicted of the crime of murder).
All should be banned from publication/broadcast as soon as he person is alleged, suspected or accused of any of any of the above listed acts.
The intent of this petition is to remove the (gruesome) glamour given to perpetrators of these horrible crimes&reduce copycat
