make a National Law that prohibits Companies or Corporations that claim to be US Corporations or Companies from moving

If your a corporation or company and you CLAIM that your an American Corporation or Company then you must keep your Corporate or Company Headquarters and at least 65% of your work force here state side and not pick up and move to a tax haven, sheltered country outside of the United States!!! This way 1.) your taxes stay here. 2.) you create jobs for the American work force. 3.) then you can finally be truthfull to the American public instead of a backroom behind closed doors liars.
