1. The National Rifle Association (NRA) will pay all funeral expenses for all victims killed by semi-automatic and automatic weapons outside of military/warfare situations. The NRA will have no rights or control regarding any funeral arrangements, they will only be the bill-payer. The next-of-kin of any victim will have right to refuse NRA payment.
2. The NRA will pay all medical and mental health expenses for as long as clinically appropriate for all victims, witnesses, survivors, family members, colleagues and others (outside of military/warfare situations) impacted by use of semi-automatic and automatic weapons. The NRA will have no rights or control regarding any treatment, they will only be the bill-payer. The next-of-kin and others mentioned above will have the right of refusal.
