Being in the Music Industry i think that Copyright should be enforced no doubt however with the SOPA and PIPA legislation in office that would put the internet in a major situation.
I feel they should do like what google does for malware sites put up a warning that "this site might contain" illegal downloads or music sharing and do you want to enter the site it would be up to the users to either enter the site or exit the system. There should be a warning but i think the current bill that is going through congress wont be suitable.
