The under signers of this petition demand that New Jersey makes it possible for all "Law-Abiding Citizens" to be able to obtain a NJ CCW Permit without jumping through the hoops of justifiable need like we do now. Self defense is a justifiable need in itself, and it is written in our constitution that we hold "The right to bear arms". We ask for Concealed Carry outside of the home to all Law-Abiding Citizens of New Jersey.
