MAKE A NEW LAW IN ALL 50 STATES THAT WOULD REQUIRE DUI OFFENDERS TO REGISTER ON A NATIONAL DATABASE AFTER 1ST OFFENSE.

A dear freind was recently killed in a drunk driving accident. We would request that all DUI offenders register on a national registry with their name and photograph after their 1st offense. We would request that this be called THE GARNER LAW after our dear friend. This would make the public more aware of how many DUI offenders are in their area, and hopefully lessen the amount of offenders and victims of drunk driving accidents.
