The state of PA needs a new law that all papers should be mailed certified mail! I am going through a custody battle and because the papers of a schedule change in the hearing were not sent to me certified mail I am now fighting to get at least 50\50 custody. This could have been avoided if there was proper notification! I think the courts should mail all important hearing notices certified mail!
