Make a new law to control using mind reading technology.Avoid illegal group using it attack American people

Recently,some illegal group using mind reading technology to attack peaceful American people.They want to control our society ,control our youth,control in religion,and against our freedom human right.For all the American people,for our future,for our kids,we need to make a federal law and local law to protect all of our human rights.We must control Nano-probe technology,because this technology can kill people secretly.If we don't control this technology,all of our American people are under the dangerous situation.We are the people,we pay the taxes,you get the money to develop high technology,then if you use this high technology to attack us,we will not agree!
