make a new law to make laws based on sound business and cost/benefits decisions for business, employment and Americans.

Democracy, as great as it is, does not always lend itself to making the best business decisions for the economy, the deficit and American people in general. Trillions of dollars are spent without making successful cost/benefit analysis, deficit impact analysis, American human rights. Our representatives in Congress are there to represent the American people, yet often they are totally overlooked by both parties because laws/decisions are made along party lines, not because it's a smart decision. It's time to start making smart decisions for the entire country, not just lobbyists, entitlements, etc. We need to smarten up and be more transparent to American people about the results of these studies so they can make accurate assessments when voting and making business decisions.
