New York City and Long Island should be cut off from New York State and be created as the 51st state due to these follow reasons:
They have their own set of laws;
They have their own set of taxes;
They have their own set of gun laws (including the unfair law of NYC citizens being able to carry conceal anywhere in the state but non-NYC citizens can't carry conceal anywhere in the city.)
Please allow the secession of New York City to happen and create a new legislation in New York State so we can escape the grasp of the corrupt government that dwells within New York City.
PS: Keep Cuomo and his people down in New York City to run that while New York State can elect fresh new officials to represent us for us not for their own personal agenda.
