To make no knock raids Illegal

No knock raids scare Family and the people in the situation don't know that they are cops. This causes incontinent people to shoot out of fear and worry for the family. They also have know why to know they are being investigated which also induces panic. Then people express there right of self defense against "intruders" and find out they are cops later. which should be the police fault not the people defending themselves
