swat teams are able to enter houses based on suspicion without notice. it used to be they knock show the warrant then enter. they are scaring families, dogs have been shot, people have been shot trying to defend their families from unknown assailants. there have been cases where they don't even have the correct address but still get paid and do not get in trouble.
