In light of recent government choices and laws that have been created or are on there way to becoming laws I feel that there needs to be an addition to our constitution to combat all the infringements that recent laws have been putting on our "the people's" constitutional rights.
I propose:
Amendment XXVIII
Congress or the President shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators or Representatives or President or Vice President, and Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators or Representatives or President or Vice President that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States.
