We believe that if you are a non violent offender,a class D felony should not be included in a background check of any kind,for any purpose.At least for the purpose of a background check it should be included with the misdemeanors,since it is a non violent charge.This would allow thousands of people to be able to obtain jobs and other things that would benefit their quality of life.
