When someone is put on probation/parole, even for non-violent offenses, it is VERY difficult to convince an employer to hire you. Finding employment is crucial and mandatory of anyone who has been placed on state, federal probation/parole. Not only would this help our economy, it will assist in the rehabilitation for the person and help provide for their family as well. Changing legislation toward privacy for NON-VIOLENT offenses should be made immediately.
