Make Not Vaccinating Children A Federal Crime

Since the introduction of vaccines, many fatal infectious diseases have come close to being eradicated in the United States. However, due to the neglectful actions of anti-vax parents, these diseases are making a comeback, and are putting other children at risk, such as immunocompromised children who cannot be vaccinated due to health risks. These anti-vax parents should be put in jail and have their children removed permanently for knowingly endangering the American public. They also need to be held legally responsible for any deaths their ludicrous decision causes. By making it a federal crime to not vaccinate your children, we can push these diseases back once again and keep America's children safe.
