Since Obama has taken office. The absence of a salute to U.S. Marines while entering and leaving the White House,Marine One and Air Force has been a consistent display of disrespect. As U.S. Marines we are not there to only promote ourselves and protect OUR COMMANDER AND CHIEF . We are there to represent all members of the armed services, present, past and ones the made the ultimate sacrifice under orders from our COMMANDER AND CHIEF. As I'm sure you have noticed. I have not included President before your name. Until you return a simple, clean and respectful salute (that does not include a cup of joe). I will simply refer to you as Obama.
