Make Obama Care on healthcare.gov Open Enrollment All Year Long. Not only twice a year.

Currently Healthcare.gov only allows enrollment twice a year for uninsured americans. So, americans who cannot afford to enroll during the enrollment periods are out of luck and have to wait 6 months for the next open enrollment period. To give all americans the best opportunity to become health insured, open enrollement healthcare.gov should be open all year round. Not just every 6 months. Please give uninsured americans their best opportunity at become insured. Thank you.
