Larry Basich is in limbo for $407K in medical bills after he signed up for healthcare under Obamacare. His application was not processed correctly. (Everybody knows the problems with the Obamacare website, etc.) Obama is ultimately responsible for this mishap and, therefore, he should pay "his fair share."
