Obama repealed Habeas Corpus, which gives the Government or the State the ability to jail anyone without legal means. In the hands of the next POTUS, people will get jailed for going against him and his policies. By reenacting Habeas Corpus, this will give American Citizens the ability to protest without threat of mass incarceration.
