make Obama's American Jobs Act a temporary measure while creating a permanent Fair Tax Act, taxing all parties equally.

Obama's American Jobs Act and measures want to raise taxes on America's wealthy. Some of the wealthy have been complaining that they pay too high as it is. They won't go for the necessary measures needed to get America back on track by asking them, since they can afford it, to pay more in taxes, while the rest of us, the physical majority in this country, cannot do so. However, Congress usually writes laws as a permanent measure. So, to make everyone happy, Obama's American Jobs Act should be installed as a temporary measure...until the economy shows 3 consecutive healthy quarters, then disbanded. This will give Obama and Congress enough time to rewrite our tax code so that all American pay their fair fair share in taxes across the country, and hopefully each state's standard of living.
