The All-Father, Odin, has been very displeased at the way humans have been acting. This is evident in how rampant natural disasters are. So I am petitioning that Obama make it so that each citizen, on October 11th, should sacrifice an animal to Odin in order to put an end to his anger. This could create jobs, too, especially in agriculture and the raising of livestock like goats and pigs.
